I understand that you experienced significant issues with your production environment this morning, specifically between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM (VNT), where customers faced difficulties accessing your website and images stored in your Azure Storage Account. You're looking to find out if there were any disruptions or issues with Azure DNS during that timeframe.
We have reviewed Azure Service Health and internal incident records. There were no DNS-related disruptions or outages in Japan East on November 7, 2025, between 06:30 and 07:00 AM Vietnam Time. Azure DNS was fully operational during that period. The issue you observed does not appear to be linked to any Azure DNS incident.
