Hello,

How do I turn off this unwelcome advertisement?

Why is there no simple toggle to disable this unwanted, unwelcome, intrusive advertisement on the new tab page?

Who is asking for this trash constantly? Who is waking up saying "hmmm I hope Microsoft advertises their defective overly censored chatbot at me in an unwelcome place while I try to get work done" Is this what Microsoft thinks users want? Is there a single logical employee left with a remotely adequate IQ to say "Oh yea, we shouldn't do this because it's malicious and everyone will hate it."
Stop advertising your low IQ chatbot at me, I will never use it. Let the three dozen people that want to use it seek it out, stop shoving it down everyone else's throats who all hate it and will never click on it.

I understand this feels intrusive. Are you seeing the Copilot Discover (Preview) toggle on your Microsoft Edge new tab page?

This feature is part of a current Edge preview and cannot be permanently turned off yet. You can switch the toggle off to hide it temporarily. To share feedback about this feature, click the gear icon next to it and choose “Send feedback.” This goes directly to the Microsoft Edge team for review.
