Geolocation Change in EDGE -- Cannot Correct It

Suddenly my geolocation changed in EDGE...and now I cannot get back to my home address. So, all searches, et., go to St. Louis (I live in Texas). I have tried resetting location in Microsoft (was able to do it) but still cannot get EDGE when MSN comes up, to use my correct default. When I change to BING on Edge, it is correct. AND, when I use Chrome instead of EDGE, it is correct. I have internet cable, no VPN or proxy...SO...what could it be? I have spent HOURS trying to solve this--and it as to be EASY. WHAT CAN I DO BESIDES STOP USING EDGE??? thx

    I understand how frustrating it is when location settings don’t work as expected, especially after you’ve already spent a lot of time trying to fix it.

    Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Clearing cookies for MSN and Bing This can reset any cached location data that might be causing the issue.
      • In Edge, go to edge://settings/siteData
      • Search for "msn" and remove all entries
      • Do the same for "bing"
      • Then refresh the MSN homepage and check if the location updates correctly.
    2. Manually set your location on the MSN homepage
      • Go to msn.com
      • Find the weather card and click the settings (gear) icon
      • Type in your city in Texas, select it, and mark it as your default by clicking the home icon
      • Refresh the page to confirm the change.
    3. Check Edge’s location permissions
      • Go to edge://settings/content/location
      • Remove msn.com and bing.com from the “Allow” list if they’re there
      • Refresh MSN and allow location access again when prompted.
    4. Review your Windows location settings
      • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location
      • Turn location off, then back on
      • Click “Set default location” and enter your correct address
      • Also click “Clear” under location history to reset any stored data.
    5. Restart the Windows Geolocation Service
      • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter
      • Find “Geolocation Service” in the list
      • Right-click it and choose Restart
    6. Restart your router
      • Unplug your modem/router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in
      • Wait a couple of minutes and check if the location updates correctly on MSN
