Surface Laptop 5 Can’t Detect Internal SSD or Install Windows

Hello, I have a Surface Laptop 5 (Model 1950) that will only boot into the UEFI or recovery menu. I’ve already tried using a Surface recovery USB created from the official Microsoft recovery image, but when I choose “Recover from a drive,” it says there’s a problem recovering the PC or that no drive is found. It looks like the recovery tool can’t detect the internal SSD — I believe the storage drivers (SurfaceStorage.inf) aren’t loading.

Could you please send me a pre-loaded Surface recovery USB for my device, or help me reinstall Windows so the Surface can recognize its SSD again?

My device serial number is: 0F0038023283FB Thank you so much for your help.
