How do I cancel and permanently delete my Microsoft Teams subscription?

Hello,

I would like to cancel my Microsoft Teams Subscription. I have the email and phone number it is attached to. However, when attempt to sign in, the website for what I think (based on previous Q&A's) it states that there is not an account attached to neither the e-mail or the phone number. I don't understand especially since I am logged into teams on my cellphone. I was hoping I would be able to cancel the Microsoft Teams subscription through my cellphone, but there is no way to do it. Please help me as I want to close/delete the Microsoft Teams subscription ASAP. Thank you!

    Are you an End-User or a Global Admin of this account/tenant? 

    Which website did you access to log in and receive the error message that neither the email nor the phone number was found? Please send me that website address and a screenshot of the error message. 

    You mentioned that you are currently logged in on your mobile phone. What is the result when you try to log in on a web browser on your laptop? 

    Subscription Details: 

    • You are the person who purchased this Teams subscription, correct? 
    • Through which channel did you purchase the subscription (directly in Admin Center from Microsoft, through a CSP partner)? 
    • If you are the purchaser (and the Global Admin - GA), can you log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
