I can't get a refund for my Xbox Game Pass Essential subscription

Good night. I was mistakenly charged for a subscription that I haven't used for a single day. And I don't want to refund the money! Please help.

    Did you already sign in using the same Microsoft account that was billed for the Game Pass charge? Please sign in through https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882 then select Investigate charge at the top right, choose the transaction, and submit the review request. The Microsoft billing team will check the payment and reach out with the next steps.
