Hi All

I got Microsoft Startup credit recently. I activated it and linked to my microsoft email that is hosted by godaddy. Now I do not see any credit in my payment method. I reached out to microsoft support, I have not heard back. I have attached screen shot of what I see in my linked account. Any idea, why I am not seeing credit in my account?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

If you have activated your Microsoft Startup credit but do not see it reflected in your payment method, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Activation Status: Ensure that you have activated the credits correctly within the 90-day window after accepting the program agreement. If the credits were not activated properly, they may not show up in your account.
    2. Account Type: Make sure that you are using a personal Microsoft Account (MSA) to access the credits. If you are using a work or school account, you may not be eligible for the startup credit offer.
    3. Billing Information: Verify that the billing information associated with your account is accurate. Incorrect information can lead to issues with credit visibility.
    4. Contact Support: Since you have already reached out to Microsoft support, it may take some time for them to respond. In the meantime, you can check the support resources available through the Azure portal for additional guidance.
    5. Credit Card Issues: If there are any issues related to your credit card, it could affect the visibility of your credits. You can refer to the Microsoft documentation for troubleshooting credit card issues.

If after checking these points you still do not see your credits, it may be necessary to follow up with Microsoft support again for further assistance.

Well, I see credit activated as I see all the details in startup credit portal. I see 100k remaining as shown in the screen shot. But I do not see in my account. And it asked me to use linkedin as login and link to azure account, both of them are my company account. But the company i owned not other business account that work for.
