How to recover password in windows 10 without any recovery data?

I can't get into my windows account to clear storage because i don't have my password or a recovery usb, and apparently the email for the windows account doesn't exist anymore, HELP

    Without a password, recovery email, phone, or reset USB, Microsoft does not provide a way to reset a Windows 10 password. The official options are to use a signed-in device to reset your Microsoft account password at account.microsoft.com, use a previously created recovery USB or password reset disk.
