Factory reset of my Surface Pro 9

As part of the company going bankrupt I got to keep my Surface Pro 9 however I cannot update or download anything to it cause it has a admin password. How do I reset it to factor settings? Or who can I contact at Micrsoft for help?

    Hi Richard,

    Thank you for posting, I am here to help. Since this is an organization device only your IT Administrator can able to help you with this credentials.

    If you attempt to perform the factory reset on your Surface Pro it will ask or require you to enter the Bitlocker key which is only the IT Administrator from your organization has it.

    We recommend you to reach out with them to assist you regarding the access / credentials.

    Is this a UEFI password or a Windows login password?
