To remove a meeting from everyone's calendar when it is not showing up in the organizer's group calendar, you can use the following approach:

    1. Use PowerShell: If you have administrative privileges, you can use the Stop-MgGroupEvent cmdlet from the Microsoft Graph Calendar module. This cmdlet allows the organizer to cancel the event and send a cancellation message to all attendees. However, since you mentioned that the meeting is not visible in the organizer's calendar, you might need to identify the event by its Event ID and Group ID. Here’s a basic syntax for the cmdlet:
         Stop-MgGroupEvent -EventId <EventId> -GroupId <GroupId> -BodyParameter <BodyContent>

Make sure to replace <EventId> and <GroupId> with the appropriate identifiers for the meeting you want to cancel.
    2. Contact Support: If you are unable to find the Event ID or if the cmdlet does not work as expected, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance in removing the meeting from all users' calendars.
    3. Check Other Calendars: Sometimes, meetings may be scheduled in different calendars (like personal calendars or other groups). Ensure that you check those as well for any visibility issues.

By using these methods, you should be able to effectively remove the meeting from everyone's calendar even if it is not showing up in the organizer's group calendar.

    Hi @Ankita Chakraborty,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

In case you are the organizer, you can refer to this article: Meeting missing from organizer’s calendar to regain access and cancel the meeting for everyone. As the article explains, you will need to ask one of the attendees to send the meeting’s .ICS file to the organizer, then edit the file by changing the line METHOD:REQUEST to METHOD:PUBLISH. Open the file in Outlook, and the Cancel Meeting button will appear, allowing you to send a cancellation notice to all attendees.

Alternatively, you can use PowerShell by following this article: Stop-MgGroupEvent.

If you are not the organizer or the organizer has left the company and therefore cannot perform the action, you will need to contact your Global Admin (the person who manages all accounts in your organization) to use the PowerShell command Remove-CalendarEvents to delete all future meetings from that mailbox from attendees’ calendars (this means all events from that organizer will be completely removed).

Admins can refer to this article: Remove-CalendarEvents.

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Thank you for your time and cooperation, please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions or concern.
