I am trying android device enrollment using Microsoft Intune Company Portal. Unable to setup work profile.

I went into settings -> security -> installation sources -> and allowed company portal access. I also went into settings -> security -> device admin apps -> and activated/granted admin access to Find Hub, Company Portal, Authenticator & Link to Windows, these 4 applications. Still no luck.

Can someone please help with to find what's the exact issue?

It seems you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal while trying to set up a work profile on your Android device. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Check Google Play Services: Ensure that the version of Google Play services on your device is up to date. An outdated version may prevent enrollment. You can check for updates by opening Google Play services on your device.
    2. Reinstall Company Portal: If the Company Portal app is corrupted or outdated, try removing it from your device and then reinstalling it from the Google Play Store.
    3. Device Compatibility: Make sure that your device is compatible with Android Enterprise, as work profiles are supported only in regions where Android Enterprise is available. If your device is outside these areas, you may not be able to set up a work profile.
    4. Check Device Admin Settings: You mentioned granting admin access to several apps. Ensure that the Company Portal is properly set as a device administrator. You can check this in the settings under security and device admin apps.
    5. Network Connection: Sometimes, network issues can affect the enrollment process. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection while trying to enroll your device.
    6. Enrollment Limits: If you are trying to enroll more devices than your organization allows, you might encounter issues. Verify with your IT admin if there are any restrictions on device enrollments.
    7. Contact IT Support: If none of the above steps work, it may be best to reach out to your organization's IT support for further assistance, as they may have specific configurations or policies in place that need to be addressed.

If you continue to face issues, please provide any error messages you receive during the enrollment process for more targeted assistance.
