The resources in this resoruce group have been flagged as part of PII [###] Secure PaaS Resources. We need to delete 2 resource groups. The original owners are no longer at Microsoft and they contain only unused test resources. Despite various attempts, we are not able to delete this resource ourselves due to the deny assignment on the resource group. We need these 2 resource groups (and the flagged resources) deleted ASAP in order to complete the ### work item, which is a top priority for Microsoft Azure Security org. How can we proceed?
