    Hello,

Can you tell me, which options don't exist on your computer?

Is it one of the followings, or both?

Settings > Accounts > Sign in options, scroll down to mid page, Make sure "For improved security, only allow Windows Hello Sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device (Recommended). " is turned OFF.

    OR

Type netplwiz in the search on the taskbar and press enter, select your user, uncheck "user must enter a username and password to use this computer" box

If that's the case, can you hold down Win+R keys, type in regedit in the search on the taskbar to launch Registry Editor, then go to this path:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PasswordLess\Device

And share a screenshot please. Thanks!!
