I have MS Outlook and Teams on my Dell laptop and my iPhone. If I book a Teams meeting on my laptop through the Teams app, it does not show up in my Outlook calendar. Everything works fine on my Iphone but does not communicate with my laptop. I have spent hours on calls with Dell, they can't fix it. They say it is a Microsoft issue. I can't run my business like this.

The link you provided sends me to Dell Support because I purchased the products from them when I bought their crappy laptop. I've spent hours on the phone with them. THEY CAN'T FIX MY ISSUE. They gave me your number. Now you are trying to send me back to them. They think that maybe because I purchased MS apps for my Iphone using my Information deleted for privacy protection account and the same address to purchase my SM apps for the laptop, that might be causing all my issues. They said only MS could get to the bottom of my issues. I am trying to launch a new biotech company. People do not get my invitations. I do not get reminders. I can't search my Outlook for emails. The sync dialog box stays open for a very long time. Something is seriously wrong.

    Dear Steve Zarpas

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum

I completely understand your frustration. Your reply makes it clear this is a much more serious issue: a completely corrupted Microsoft Outlook.

You do not need to buy new software. We need to scrap the broken profile and build a new, healthy one from scratch.

    Create a New Outlook Profile

This process creates a brand-new, clean connection between your desktop Outlook and Microsoft's servers. Your emails, calendar events, and contacts are all safely stored in the cloud (as proven by your iPhone working), so you will not lose any data.

    1. Make sure Outlook and Teams are fully closed.
    2. Open Mail Settings:
      • Press the Windows Key and type "Mail" and select Mail (Windows Settings) or go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts.
    3. Create a New Profile:
      • Under "Accounts used by email, calendar, and contacts," click Add an account.
      • Add your Microsoft 365/work email account and sign in. This creates a new Windows Mail profile that Outlook will use.
    4. Switch Outlook to the New Profile:
      • Now, open the Classic Outlook desktop app.
      • Go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.
      • Click Show Profiles.
      • Click Add... and create a new profile named "Outlook-New".
      • Follow the prompts to add your same email account.
      • Once added, go back to the profile list. Select "Outlook-New" and set it as the default.
    5. Restart and Test:
      • Close and re-open Outlook. It will now launch with the new, clean profile.
      • It will begin syncing all your data from the cloud. This may take a few minutes.
      • Immediately test the critical functions:
      • Teams Meeting: Create a Teams meeting in Outlook. It should appear in your Teams calendar instantly.
      • Search: Try searching for an email by the sender's name.
      • Contacts: Your contacts should start to repopulate.
      • Speed: Send/Receive should be significantly faster.

This new profile acts as a fresh install, eliminating the corruption that was causing all the delays and missing data. If this does not work, the next step would be a full Online Repair of Microsoft Office.

Please try this and let me know the results. I am looking forward to your answer.
