Could you please provide the below details for further investigation?
1)Are you able to access other resources from the Azure Portal, or is the issue only with Virtual Machines?2)Do you see any specific error message or “fallback scenario” warning when you open the VM blade?
3)Have you recently switched subscriptions, tenants, or directories before encountering this issue?
4)Are you the Owner/Contributor on the subscription, or accessing through a shared directory or Lighthouse?
