Unable to verify mobile number - no sms received (tried multiple times)

I tried multiple times to receive verification code on my mobile number. But I didn't recieve. I also tried with multiple phone numbers but they also didn't receive.
I have received an email from Microsoft for Startup with startup credit code. I have to apply for it but I am unable to apply it.

    Hey there, Laxman Hedaoo

    Sometimes this happens where the code does not get sent to the phone. This can happen because:

    • The phone has low signal strength to connect to the internet or mobile service,
    • The server may have too many requests and may be delayed with processing your request to receive a code.

    What you could do is make sure your phone is connected to your WIFI and that you have WIFI enabled calling enabled. This will allow the phone to receive the code. You may want to make sure your phone is connected to a mobile network and has good signal strength.

    As you posted this question two days ago, please can you try again at verifying your phone number. Hopefully the server will be able to generate a code and send it to you.
