What I'd like to know is how to or can I change ONLY the highlight color for open program(s) in the taskbar. Is there an available app if needed ?

Any chime-ins will be appreciated !

Thanks !

Hi : As far as I know is Not possible to change the taskbar, button background color for individual programs in Wins 7. The available personalization options apply to the whole, taskbar and window borders globally. Neither an aware of any app that, can Do that. But someone may offer a fix for it

if you feel bother of seeing the, same background color in programs when open it. From the

taskbar. Apply the built-in method offered by Windows to change it. See how in this video
