******@outlook.com this account has a person Andrea Dujmovic representing the company as HR recruiter. They offered me a job with out a hiring manager interviewing and they email me with Gmail and use outlook email for Teams. Two big red flags of a scam and will not communicate with her again.

It sounds like you have encountered a potential job scam. Here are some common red flags to look out for in job offers:

    1. No Formal Interview Process: Legitimate companies typically conduct interviews with hiring managers or relevant team members. If you were offered a job without any interview, it's a significant warning sign.
    2. Use of Personal Email Accounts: If the recruiter is using a personal email address (like Gmail) instead of a company domain, this can indicate a scam.
    3. Inconsistent Communication Channels: Using different email services for communication (like Outlook for Teams and Gmail for emails) can also be suspicious.
    4. Pressure to Act Quickly: Scammers often create a sense of urgency, pressuring you to accept an offer quickly.

If you suspect a scam, it's best to cease communication and report the incident to the appropriate authorities or platforms. Always verify the legitimacy of job offers and recruiters before proceeding further.
