so , i tried to create a new user for someone using my pc , but when i tried to create one with microsoft it succesfully created but when i restarted the pc the user didnt appear in the log in screen , when i returned to the settings i found the user . i tried to log out and try again but same problem , the user is not there . i tried to create a local user but same problem for the 2nd time , i tried to make a sfc /scannow but nothing detected . how can i fix this?
