I can't get sms code to get rewards in Microsoft Rewards

I have added phone number on my account but when i redeem rewards, it didn't send me any codes. I have tried many times for 2 days but cannot, i tried both on bing and microsoft edge but still can't. I sent to Microsoft Support and still can't solve my problem. I use Vietnamese number btw. Please help me!!

    To claim the reward, log in on a different device. This method worked for me on a PC in Mexico; it might work in Vietnam as well.
