Unable to enable .Net Framework 3.5 with error 0x800700C1

I am trying to run my Sims3 game, but when I attempt to launch it, I get a Windows Feature pop-up that says that .Net Framework 3.5 cannot be installed with error 0x800700C1:User's image

I then try to enable the .Net Framework 3.5 by checking the boxes in the Windows Features:

When I click okay, it attempts to install, but I receive the original error code again, 0x800700C1.

I have run all Windows updates, with the following errors:

I then attempted to reisntall Windows 11 Home, but I partway through the install, I received the error message stating my PC is not supported yet on this version (25H2) of Windows. I'm currently running version 23H2.

    Here's the fix for your system based on the logs submitted.

    (Do not run this fix on other systems.)

    • Download SFCFix.exe by niemiro of Sysnative forums, and save this to your Desktop.
    • Download the file, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
    • On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it. See illustration image
    • When you see the prompt "Will you allow SFCFix to communicate with Sysnative servers?", type "n" for no. Press Enter to continue.
    • SFCFix will now process the script. It will take some time to complete. Upload the output file SFCFix.txt to your OneDrive.
    • Restart Windows and try running the following command:
    
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
