how to fix password in UEFI??

Bottom line - no one in the forums or Microsoft can assist with a lost UEFI password. Depending on the model of a Surface device (which I'm guessing you have the problem with), Microsoft MAY offer an exchange. If out of warranty, there will be a cost to this.
