    To better understand your situation, could you please let me know whether you are signing up for Microsoft 365 Education, and which link you are using to complete the sign-up process with your school account?

    Please note that, as moderators, we don’t have access to the systems that handle verification, and we cannot process or review any documents related to student eligibility for Microsoft 365 Education. 

    If you are signing up for Microsoft 365 Education using a school account, I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator or Microsoft Support for further assistance.
