To download all folders from OneDrive to your personal computer, you can follow these steps:

    1. Access OneDrive: Go to the OneDrive website and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Select Folders: Navigate to the folders you want to download. You can select multiple folders by holding down the Ctrl key (on Windows) or Command key (on Mac) while clicking on the folders.
    3. Download: Once you have selected the folders, look for the "Download" option in the toolbar. This will compress the selected folders into a .zip file and download it to your computer.
    4. Unzip the File: After the download is complete, locate the .zip file on your computer and extract it to access the folders.

After downloading the folders, if you wish to unsync OneDrive from your computer, you can do so by following these steps:

    1. Stop Syncing: Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray, go to "Settings," and under the "Account" tab, click on "Unlink this PC."
    2. Remove OneDrive: If desired, you can also uninstall the OneDrive application from your computer through the Control Panel or Settings.

This will stop OneDrive from syncing files and remove the local OneDrive folder from your computer.

Hi, I'm an independent advisor and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Let me help you with this problem.

If you have the OneDrive app installed.

You can manually copy all the folders from your OneDrive and create a new Folder outside the OneDrive folders, like in your Downloads folder (the Downloads folder is not part of the folders OneDrive normally saves and syncs), once done, you can unsync OneDrive and uninstall and then manually copy all the folders to their respective folders in your user account.

I've done that already with the same results. I keep telling everyone I am technologically-retarded. So Much of the replies are above my head. That's why I want to speak to tech support.
