Hi @Larry Navarrete,
Thank you for posting your question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.
When someone accepts a Teams or Outlook invite, they can either send a response, triggering an email and immediate Scheduling Assistant update, or choose not to send a response, which marks the event as accepted in their calendar but leaves you without a notification, making it hard to track acceptance without checking meeting details.
I'd love to say you don’t need “Accepted” emails and you can check the meeting tracking tab instead.
Please find below the steps to view attendee responses using Outlook on the Web:
1/ Sign in to Outlook Web:
Sign in to https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ with your work account.
2/ Enable “Request Responses”
When creating the meeting:
Locate and expand Response options > Ensure that “Request responses” is checked

3/ Access the Tracking Tab:
After sending the meeting invite:
Go to your Calendar > locate the meeting > right-click the meeting and select Open > click on the Tracking tab

This will display the response status of each attendee (Accepted, Declined, or Didn't response).

For further reference, you can check these two articles:

The Outlook meeting tracking tab is not updated - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
If you want to to have acceptant email for more ensurance, you can avoid dozen emails filling your inbox by recreating a rule:
- Go to Outlook on the web → Settings (gear icon) → View all Outlook settings.
- Navigate to Mail → Rules → Add new rule.
-

- Name the rule (e.g., “Meeting Responses”).
- Condition: Subject includes: Accepted: Meeting Tentative: Meeting Declined: Meeting

- Action: Move to folder → choose or create Meeting Responses.

- Save.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
