I no longer see Azure Business Continuity Center in the portal? How do you access it?

Thanks for the reply. Neither Azure Business Continuity Center nor Azure Backup Center are reflected in the search bar or under All Services. I have signed out of the portal, and cleared all browser cache. This is very bizarre.
