I decided to buy theHunter: Call of the Wild on my xbox app on my PC, but when i start downloading it, it says “0 bps” and i have tried every suggestion to fix it and im not getting scammed out of my 30 dollars because of this so if i could please have tips on how to fix this, i would be grateful. net stop GamingServices
net start bits
net start dosvc
net start GamingServices
Last resort, if all steps above could not help, you can also try to fix the issue by performing an In-place Upgrade. Please read this Reinstall Windows with the installation media - Microsoft Support
