I need to process refunds for three accounts:

<REMOVE PII>@dyna1quanyi.onmicrosoft.com

<REMOVE PII>@dynaquanyi.onmicrosoft.com

<REMOVE PII>@dynaquanyi1.onmicrosoft.com

All are repeat purchases, and the subscription has been canceled.

To process refunds for subscriptions that have been canceled, you will need to follow the refund policies associated with your subscriptions. Here are the general steps you can take:

    1. Check the Refund Policy: For subscriptions canceled within a specific time frame (usually 72 hours from purchase), you may be eligible for a full refund. If more time has passed, you might receive a prorated credit or refund depending on your billing account type.
    2. Contact Support: If you are unsure about your eligibility for a refund or need assistance, it is advisable to contact Microsoft support. They can provide specific guidance based on your account and the subscriptions in question.
    3. Submit Refund Requests: If eligible, follow the instructions provided by support to submit your refund requests. Ensure you have all necessary documentation ready to facilitate the process.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage the refund process for the accounts mentioned.

    Dear 薛琦,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed through the Microsoft Q&A community. They are handled exclusively by Microsoft Billing Support or the partner/reseller you purchased from.

Here’s what you need to do:

If the subscriptions were purchased directly from Microsoft:

Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center with a Billing Administrator or Global Administrator account.

Go to Billing > Your products and select the canceled subscription.

If the Request a refund option is available, follow the prompts.

If you do not see the option:

    • Go to Help & Support in Admin Center.

    • Open a service request explaining:
    • Tenant name.
    • Subscription ID.
    • Admin email.
    • Reason for refund (duplicate purchase).

If the subscriptions were purchased through a partner or reseller: Please contact the partner directly, as they manage billing and refunds.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,
