We were trying to connect our domain name website (registered on Vayuhost) and running on Azure to a new server outside Azure. But it disrupted our mailing services. We want to raise a ticket to look at the issue so that we can effectively run our website.

    Hello ILRT India
I understand that your mailing services were disrupted after connecting your Vayuhost-registered domain (hosted on Azure) to a new server outside Azure.

If the information below is not helpful, please let me know and we can look into it further.

DNS changes can sometimes take 24-48 hours to fully propagate. Please check using tools like these https://www.digwebinterface.com/ or https://mxtoolbox.com/ to check your domain's current A (website IP) and MX (email) records.

Also, please make sure the new server is online, that the necessary ports (such as 25 or 587 for email) are open, and that there are no firewall restrictions.

You can check SMTP connectivity by using tools such as telnet mail.yourdomain.com 25

Afterwards, send a test email to your domain to confirm it is received. Additionally, try sending an email from your domain to an external address, such as Gmail, to verify successful delivery.

I hope the above answer is helpful to you!

Please let us know if you have any further questions. Don't forget to "up-vote" wherever the information provided is useful to you, this can be useful to other members of the community.
