Can't receive any emails on my Mac using outlook microsoft 365. I receive them fine.

    I use outlook.com No error messages. When I log in through my browser I can send and receive but see nothing of my unsent messages that show up on my mail on my Mac. They sit in the draft file and eventually move to the outbox.

    The server that receives my emails removes everything once I open my email on my Mac. Nothing stays on the server.
