Minecraft Realm Not Reactivating

Yesterday I reactivated my minecraft realm from a few years ago, and as of right now there is no indication within Minecraft that it has been reactivated, however I have been billed and it says on the website that my realm has reactivated.

    I fully understand your confusion when you are unable to play your realms when you have paid for the subscription. I see that you said you can see the realms subscription have showed up as reactivated on the website. May I know the name of the website that you've checked?

    Minecraft is split into 2 editions, Java edition and Bedrock edition. Minecraft realms subscription for the 2 editions is also different. So can you please check the edition you are playing and the subscription edition to make sure they match? If you need help identifying them, please let me know.

    For Java editions subscription, the transaction details will be reflected on Mojang website, and you can use the link that the previous user indicated to contact them about any subscription issue.

    For Bedrock edition, the subscription and the purchase order will be stored on account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If you have any issue with the subscription, you can contact Xbox support for more details. This is a public forum, so unfortunately moderators cannot access your account to check for you.
