Until yesterday I was able to use the VMSS autoscale setting to tweak the min count in portal. This is in SAW device.

From today that page is blank, I don't see anything.

    Hello @Navin Kumar B ,
SAW device is generally with restrictions placed by Microsoft for many websites and UI platforms. I tested it up on my SAW device and it seems to work so it might be a transient issue, kindly try clearing off history+cookies+cache or just refresh the page could also help to fix the issue.

If it still doesn't help, could you please answer our below queries, this will help us understand moe about the issue faced:

    1. Do you notice the same behavior on non-SAW devices as well?
    2. Do you have Owner or Contributor access for both the Subscription and the VMSS?
    3. Try scaling the VMSS instances using Azure CLI (e.g., az vmss scale)?
(This will help rule out any access-related issues and confirm if the problem is limited to the Azure Portal UI)
az vmss scale --name MyScaleSet --new-capacity 6 --resource-group MyResourceGroup
