BitLocker recovery key needed – cannot access account

Hello, I need help with a BitLocker recovery key.

My PC is asking for a BitLocker recovery key, but I cannot sign in to my Microsoft account (******@miyawaki-kogyo.co.jp), so I cannot access the key.

I know the password for this account, but I still cannot access it.

Here is the information I have:

  • Microsoft account: <RemovedPII>@miyawaki-kogyo.co.jp
  • Recovery key ID: ***
  • Device name: DESKTOP-M45P7CB
  • OS: Windows (version unknown)
  • Error code (if any): AADSTS50043
  • Outlook is not receiving the verification code

I am considering updating my security info, but I urgently need access to the recovery key.
