Cannot access my Teams assignments; some files missing.

I am experiencing several issues with the Assignments feature in Microsoft Teams:

  1. Older assignments cannot be opened. When I click on them, the page only shows “None” and the files I submitted do not appear.
  2. Some assignments that I have already submitted suddenly appear as if they have not been completed.
  3. The number of assignments displayed is incorrect. Only two assignments are visible, even though there should be more.
  4. The Turn-in / Submission History is not showing on both my laptop and phone.

I have already tried:

Logging out and logging back in

Clearing the app cache

Using different devices (laptop and phone)

Updating Teams to the latest version

However, the issues still persist. I would appreciate your assistance as I need access to these assignments for school purposes.

Thank you.

    Hello @Syifa Annisa,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

For your situation, to support you better, please reconfirm these points:

1.Apart from trying different devices, have you checked on Teams Web yet?

2.Usually, assignments and submitted files are linked to SharePoint or OneDrive, so could you please check if they still appear there?

Additionally, if you are a student, you might want to ask your teacher to verify whether they can still see your assignments on their side.

If the issue still occurs on the web and the files are missing from SharePoint as well, since this is an education account (managed by your school), I recommend contacting your school’s IT department for assistance.

Find Your Microsoft 365 Admin: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    undefined

If your IT team cannot identify any policy or help you resolve the issue, I recommend you ask your IT admin to raise a support ticket to Microsoft’s higher technical team so they can investigate further.

To create a Support ticket, they can go to: Microsoft 365 admin center

I understand that this situation can be a bit complicated to contact your school’s IT department, but only your school's IT department can access the backend settings for your Microsoft 365 account.

Although I am a forum moderator and do not have access to your backend systems to help you directly, I have provided a detailed guide above that you can share with your IT department.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
