While using Apple iPad, All MS documents print except Word Printer is correctly networked. Upon selecting Print command nothing happens. Also, user functions are grayed out upon selecting Home. Lastly, the cursor jumps to last selected location.

Hi Dennis, are you signed in with the same Microsoft account on Word and the printer app?
Microsoft recommends updating Word to the latest version, restarting your iPad, and making sure your printer is AirPrint compatible and on the same Wi-Fi network. You can also try signing out of Word and signing back in. If the problem continues, reinstalling Word from the App Store is supported by Microsoft.
