I have all rights to the folder containing the report, just no download or build option in the drop down.

Thank you in advance for your help

Dana

If you are not seeing the download or build option in the drop-down menu for your SSRS report, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Permissions: Even though you mentioned having all rights to the folder, ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions specifically for downloading reports. You may need to verify that you are assigned to the appropriate role that includes download permissions.
    2. Role Assignment: Check if the role assigned to your user account includes the necessary permissions for downloading reports. In SSRS, the Content Manager role typically has these permissions. You can verify this through SQL Server Management Studio by checking the roles and their permissions.
    3. Report Properties: Sometimes, the report itself may have properties set that restrict certain actions. Ensure that the report properties allow for downloading.
    4. Browser Issues: Occasionally, browser settings or extensions can interfere with the functionality of SSRS. Try accessing the report from a different browser or in incognito mode to see if the issue persists.
    5. SSRS Configuration: If you are using a SharePoint Integrated SSRS instance, ensure that the integration is properly configured and that the library where the report is stored allows for downloads.

If you've checked all the above and still face issues, consider reaching out to your SSRS administrator for further assistance.
