When I checked on my end, both browsers initially didn’t show a line break either. A few minutes later, the line break appeared all of a sudden on both. This suggests there may be a delay in how the page is rendered. Try reloading the page and waiting a few minutes to see if it helps. Also keep in mind that both browsers may use the same web engine, but Microsoft applies Edge-specific CSS and HTML handling tweaks, so it’s normal for one browser to display a page a bit differently.
