- A screenshot of the error message or pop-up you see when trying to access the shared calendar?
- Could you ask the person who shared the calendar to send the invite again, and let us know if the issue persists?
- Are you experiencing this issue on the Teams desktop app or the web version?
- Does this problem occur only for you, or do other users who received the same invite also encounter the same error?
- Can you access the shared calendar through Outlook Calendar without any issues?
