Windows not active after update

hi there ,

after last update my windows getting not active.. cannot re enter key using change product key or cannot run troubleshoot. can you help me

    Thank you for posting, I am here to help. Activation is a technical process that pairs the product key or digital entitlement with the hardware configuration of the device.

    A Windows license is associated with your device hardware. Significant hardware changes, like replacing the motherboard, can prevent Windows from locating a matching license when the device restarts. If Windows came preinstalled on your device and you replaced the motherboard, you may need to purchase a new license.

    May we know the exact error message you are getting when you enter the product key.

    Hi Achintha,

    Thank you for responding the error. To fix this please try this steps:

    Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.

    Click Start button and got to System. Open Troubleshoot then click on Troubleshooters. Click on Under Windows update click run.

    If this did not fix the issue try this next step:

    click start button then type CMD and open. Type/copy the commands below , enter 1 by 1.

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    Once done restart your and try to update again the Windows 11.

    Still same.. Not fix , error (Something interrupted our troubleshooting. Make sure you're connected to the Internet, wait a few minutes, and try

    again. Error code: 0x8007000D)

    windows is UpToDate ..
