Cannot access Certification Dashboard – Pearson SSO loops into Learn

Hello,

I cannot access my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Whenever I try to log in for a Microsoft exam (Pearson VUE SSO), I get redirected back to my Learn profile:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/pieterpollet-6976/

I booked and paid for my AZ-900 exam under:

<removed PII>@peac.be (Work/School / Entra ID)

However, the Certification Dashboard does NOT load for this account.

My exam appointment is visible in Learn → Credentials, but I cannot:

– access Pearson VUE

– see My Orders / invoice

– manage the appointment

– access Certification Dashboard

My Microsoft identities:

  1. <removed PII>@peac.be (Work/School Entra ID)
  2. <removed PII>@peacbe.onmicrosoft.com (tenant alias)
  3. <removed PII>@hotmail.com (Personal Microsoft Account)

Please MERGE my Certification profiles and set:

<removed PII>@peac.be

as my primary Certification Account.

    – cleared cache

    – incognito mode

    – correct account login

    – different browsers

    – different devices

    None of these resolve the issue because the root cause is NOT a browser issue.

    My problem is an ACCOUNT ALIGNMENT issue between:

    1. my Work/School Entra ID (******@peac.be)
    2. my Personal MSA (******@hotmail.com)
    3. my certification profile created during Pearson VUE scheduling

    The Certification Dashboard does NOT load and always redirects to Learn:

    I already have an active AZ-900 exam appointment, but I cannot access:

    – Pearson VUE dashboard

    – Order / invoice

    becomes my PRIMARY certification identity.

    The Certification Dashboard no longer exists. A couple of years ago all certifications were moved into your Learn profile

    You can find your certifications under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

    You can link and merge your Learn profiles for your email accounts on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile
