Printing Microsoft word on iPad Mini 5 and 6

Today, I typed a document in WORD on my iPad Min 6 and selected PRINT. Nothing happens and nothing prints. It is like I did not press PRINT. I uninstalled WORD and reinstalled WORD and it still does not work. WORD works on my Android Phone so the problem is only on the iPad. What needs to be done so I can again print in WORD on my iPad?

To confirm, does your iPad print from other apps like Safari or Photos? Word on iPad uses Apple AirPrint, so I recommend checking if your iPad sees the printer through AirPrint, restarting the iPad and printer, then trying to print a simple test file in Word. If the printer appears in other apps but not in Word, sign out of Word, sign back in, then reinstall Word if needed.
