If you're having trouble signing into Microsoft 365, you might want to ask your colleague for assistance in a clear and concise manner. Here’s a suggestion for how you could phrase your message:

    Hi [Colleague's Name],

I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently experiencing difficulties signing into Microsoft 365 and would appreciate any assistance you could provide.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards, [Your Name]

    Hello @Sabban Goud

    Welcome to the Q&A Community!

Thank you for contacting us regarding the difficulty you are experiencing with signing in to Microsoft 365. To assist you effectively, I would like to gather some additional information about the issue. Please provide the following details:

    1. Are you signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)? Could you double-check if you sign in to the correct account?
    2. What is the exact error message or code displayed when you attempt to sign in? A screenshot of it would be helpful!
    3. Are you accessing Microsoft 365 through a web browser, a desktop application, or a mobile application?
    4. Have there been any recent changes to your account, such as a password update or the activation of Multi-Factor Authentication?
    5. Are you currently connected to a corporate network, using a VPN, or working from a personal internet connection?

In the meantime, please try the following steps which often resolve sign-in issues:

    • If you are signing in through a web browser, clear the browser cache and cookies, or attempt to sign in using a different browser.
    • If you are connected to a VPN, temporarily disconnect and attempt to sign in again.
    • If your organization uses Multi-Factor Authentication, ensure that you complete all verification steps during the sign-in process.

If you can't still sign in and are blocked  by MFA, kindly ask your IT Admin for help with revoking your MFA.

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please have your administrator follow the steps shown in the following article: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multi-factor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID …

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least an Authentication Administrator
    2. User > all user.  Select the user you want to act on, and select Authentication methods. then select Require re-register of multi-factor authentication.

If the issue persists, kindly let me know the requested details so I can provide you with more tailored solutions.

Looking forward to hearing from you with any updates or additional details.
