Looking at the pricing on their official website, here: https://replit.com/pricing, I think it may be a typo when they have added their app/service to the Microsoft marketplace.
It may be worth reaching out to them via an email, which can be found on their docs page: https://docs.replit.com/legal-and-security-info/support-policy
You can also contact their sales team here: https://replit.com/ by clicking onto "Contact sales"
I have emailed them also, to ask, but the pricing is set by the developer when they add the product to the marketplace and not Microsoft (As far as I am aware).
