Hi @Anandhswarupp ,
The error happens because the SSRS service/WMI provider is not running, so the RPC endpoint cannot respond. Fix it with the steps below:
- Start or restart SSRS service Services → SQL Server Reporting Services → Restart
- Restart WMI service Run as Administrator:
- net stop winmgmt
- net start winmgmt
- Ensure RPC-related services are running
- Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
- RPC Endpoint Mapper
- DCOM Server Process Launcher (All should be Running + Automatic)
- Try configuring the SSRS database again in Report Server Configuration Manager.
