Ever since a malicious software update on 11/12, I have been unable to see flight details on Delta.com. On the home page, I click on "My Trips" and the list shows up. However, when I click on "View Flight Details", I get nothing but a blank screen. I have reported this via Feedback several times but have not seen a fix or heard back. This happens on 2 separate computers using Microsoft Edge. I have no problems seeing flight details using Chrome. Is anyone having similar problems with Delta or any other website? Also, I do not see a way to "undo" that particular update.

    Hello,
Thanks for sharing the details. Based on the symptoms you described, the Delta “My Trips → View Flight Details” page showing only a blank screen in Microsoft Edge after the 11/12/25 update, the issue is likely caused by one of the following:

    1. Outdated Edge Version (Note: Even if the update is recent, ensure you’re on the latest stable build.)
    2. Extensions Conflict
      • Test the page in InPrivate mode (Ctrl+Shift+N).
      • If it works, disable all extensions, then re‑enable them one by one Browse InPrivate
    3. Include Error Collection Here:
      • While on Delta.com, press F12 and select the Network tab.
      • Click Clear to start fresh.
      • Reproduce the issue (click “My Trips → View Flight Details”).
      • Look for red or failed requests in the list.
      • Save a screenshot or copy details for each failed request:
        • Status code (e.g., 403, 404, 503)
        • Request URL
    4. Tracking Prevention / Blocked Third‑Party Cookies
    5. Hardware Acceleration Rendering Issue
      • Go to edge://settings/system.
      • Toggle off “Use hardware acceleration when available.”
      • Restart Edge and retry.

If you can share the exact error code or a screenshot of the message from Delta, I can help narrow down the root cause more accurately.

It seems that you are experiencing issues with viewing flight details on Delta.com using Microsoft Edge, while it works fine in Chrome. This could be related to the recent updates in Microsoft Edge, which may have introduced compatibility issues with certain websites.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues. Go to Edge settings and clear your browsing data.
    2. Disable Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Update Edge: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Updates often include fixes for bugs and compatibility issues.
    4. Check for Security Settings: Sometimes, security settings can block certain content. Check your Edge security settings to see if anything might be causing the issue.
    5. Try InPrivate Browsing: Open an InPrivate window in Edge and try accessing Delta.com to see if the issue persists. This mode disables extensions and uses default settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to report the problem to Microsoft Edge support for further assistance.

Type edge://settings/privacy in the address bar

    1. Under "Tracking prevention," switch from "Strict" to "Balanced"
    2. Restart Edge and try Delta.com again

This is what worked for me.
