Hello Omar Faruqi,
Agents may appear in Microsoft 365 Copilot but fail to respond due to configuration gaps between the Teams and M365 channels. Common causes include incomplete M365 channel setup (missing personal scope or authentication), missing OAuth permissions (User.Read.All, Files.Read.All, Sites.Read.All) without admin consent, and known platform limitations where certain extensibility features—like Power Automate flows or SharePoint link-based knowledge—don’t run in M365. Publishing delays or environment/tenant mismatches can also block the agent from working.
To fix this: verify M365 channel settings, ensure required OAuth scopes with admin consent are configured, republish the agent, clear state in Teams, and test again in M365 Copilot. If issues persist, check console errors and be aware that some advanced features are not yet supported in M365 Copilot.
