How to fix my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3, keyboard and trackpad.

I've tried it many times before, i don't know why my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 power button doesn't I'll tell what works, so when i charge the lights it on meaning the battery is not dead, and when I touch screen its fully work, but however for keyboard, trackpad, and i think power button is not working well, so i don't know what to do and whether its hardware issue or Sleep State Hang? And, I'm going to tell you what really happens, so I'm was doing work, and try to copy notes into my OneNote it wont move my trackpad mouse, so i smash a little, and then it starts to become not working trackpad, along with keyboards, so i use my hand to smash a bit on trackpad, but i didn't touch keyboards, it just came along with after I smash a bit on trackpad, and when try the Microsoft instruction about power button many times, but it's still won't work. It's completely no sense and i'm a bit stress

• How long have you been using the Surface Pro 3 since purchase? Do you still have the Microsoft warranty information? Did you purchase directly from Microsoft, from an authorized dealer, or from a distributor? 
• Have you checked if the software and applications on the screen are working properly 
• Have you tried using an external mouse to test the mouse response? 
• Does your Surface Laptop 3 completely shut down (cannot turn on and the screen is completely black), or do you report that the power button is not responding promptly, forcing you to repeat the operation multiple times to turn on the Surface Laptop 3? 
• What is your Windows version in your Surface Laptop 3? 

This is a clear sign that the Surface Laptop hardware is not working properly.
