    Dear @Elvan H,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand that you’re trying to listen to a Teams meeting recording, but the link you clicked isn’t taking you directly to the video.

Typically, the link you see in Teams is a shortcut to the actual recording stored in OneDrive or SharePoint. If the link doesn’t open the video directly, common reasons include:

    • You’re signed into the wrong account.
    • The recording owner hasn’t granted you permission.
    • The recording expired, was deleted, or moved.

To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:

    • Was this meeting a private meeting or a channel meeting?
    • Are you an internal attendee or an external guest?
    • Do you see any message like “Request access” when clicking the link?

In the meantime, you can try some steps below:

    1. Open the recording from Teams Chat > [Meeting name] > Shared or Calendar > Meeting recap, then click Play.
    2. Make sure you’re signed in with the same work/school account used for the meeting.
    3. If you see Request access, click it and notify the meeting organizer. They can approve or share the file from OneDrive/SharePoint.
    4. If playback still fails, ask the organizer to verify the file in their OneDrive > Recordings folder (or the channel’s Files > Recordings) and share the direct link.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Your detailed response will help us diagnose and investigate the issue more efficiently.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If I misunderstood what you’re looking for, feel free to let me know or share a screenshot. I’d be happy to help further!

I'm looking forward for your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.
