I have a VPN Gateway with S2S connection
The status of the VPN is connected but requests from App service will not go through the VPN

I understand that you are unable to access the App Service after connecting to the VPN.
Kindly integrated you app with an Azure virtual network and set up Site-to-Site VPN in the same VNet and the App Service virtual network integration feature enables your apps to access resources in or through a virtual network.
Make sure that you have set the app setting
WEBSITE_VNET_ROUTE_ALLto1When regional VNet Integration is enabled, your app continues to make outbound calls to the internet through the same channels as before. The outbound IP addresses listed in the App Service properties are still the ones used by your app.What changes is that calls to service-endpoint–secured services or RFC 1918 addresses are routed into your VNet. If
WEBSITE_VNET_ROUTE_ALLis set to1, all outbound traffic is routed into your VNet.WEBSITE_VNET_ROUTE_ALLis currently not supported for Windows containers.Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.

Yes. When regional VNet Integration is enabled, your app continues to make outbound calls to the internet using the same outbound IP addresses listed in the App Service properties.
The Calls to service-endpoint–secured services or Calls to RFC 1918 private IP ranges, will be routed through your VNet.
If you set
WEBSITE_VNET_ROUTE_ALL = 1, all outbound traffic from the App Service can be routed into your VNet.Note:
WEBSITE_VNET_ROUTE_ALLis not supported for Windows containers.Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
