Our AI Foundry model RPM quota Increase request has not been fulfilled - no communication in >3 weeks, blocking launch. There was no child tag option for "Azure AI Foundry".

For reference, check application ID: 8532 that was submitted on 2nd Nov 2025, the request to increase quota was raised on 2nd Nov 2025. Please either urgently help increase our quota limit, or let us know how to escalate.

We are having a horrible experience with Azure support so far, my previous support ticket has had a fruitless private message thread, and we are running out of time and patience with the horrendous Azure support we are receiving DESPITE paying £100 a month.     Closing this - found the proper way to raise support tickets via Azure portal. Though very unintuitive, and somewhat hidden in the UI, that functionality seems to be what I need, instead of this Q&A portal.
